Questions not to ask a Flexible Dieting coach: * What foods should I eat to build muscle? * What foods should I eat to lose fat? * I eat clean but Im not seeing progress. Should I cut out this particular thing I like? * Cant you just tell me what to eat? I honestly dont care if its cereal followed by eggs on toast followed by a microwave pizza. Realistically thats probably not going to hit any reasonable targets and you want some fruit and veg in there as well but IN PRINCIPLE idgaf what foods you eat so long as at the end of the day total intake is appropriate more often than not. If it all breaks down to appropriate total energy and macro balance, you will see results. If it does not break down to appropriate total energy and macro balance youre not going to see results and nitpicking over individual choices is irrelevant other than in the context of what you could change to most easily achieve the appropriate total balance of energy. About 60% of people who contact me still ask me one or more of those questions. Even the ones who tell me they read all my posts. It kind of gives me a headache tbqh. Im not sure how I could make my message any clearer.
