Quick Review: Because of my love for James Gandolfini, I decided to watch his last movie, the critically acclaimed Enough Said. Its horrible. I cant understand the great reviews its received as anything other than misplaced eulogies for a great actor. Julia Louis-Dreyfus (of all people) is the lead, and for some reason she plays an emotionally reflective character whos out looking for love. This means that she has to communicate sad emotions, rather than her trademark Milquetoast whimsy, as she casts socially tyrannical judgements on any human trait that shirks mainstream conformity: Vegans, yuk; poets....uh...OK?. In the meantime, Gandolfini, a person known for his dramatic talent plays an understated, shy guy, who doesnt really get emotional about anything. This movie sucks.
