RANT: Ive found the devil and its the Tucson municipal court system. How do you not send any correspondence yet issue a second decision requiring I attend defensive driving school 3 years after a red light violation for which I already went to court, paid fines, and privileges were reinstated? Ive lived in three states since then and, from afar, the Tucson court suspends license for not attending driving school last month. Of course I find this out when simply going to transfer my license to PA, make several redirected phone calls, and 6 hours of frustration later. Talk about endless taxation through the courts with no real options for recourse from citizens. As a very privileged person I can only imagine the level of bullshit so many others deal with regularly from low-level courts enforcing policy benefiting private traffic and prison corporations.
