RE-POST In a democracy, every citizen has certain basic rights - TopicsExpress

RE-POST In a democracy, every citizen has certain basic rights that the state cannot take away from them. These rights are locally and internationally recognized and guaranteed. Everyone has the right to associate with other parties and people, and to form and join parties of their own choice. Everyone has the right to protest government actions. However, citizens have an obligation to exercise these rights peacefully, with respect for the law and for the rights of others. Honourable Ramathebane together with other MPs did exactly this. Motion of no-confidence in my own words is a real acid test instrument to Coalition government. It is meant to test solidity/toughness of the current regime. There is no need for current government if it still qualifies to be addressed as such to Panic about a motion of no-confidence. Such a motion was not meant for certain people. The outcome of this motion will determine the governments ability to rule till 2017 or to step down. The government has only two options now, to stick to its preferred option of frightening or arresting anyone against them or to allow a motion to be discussed in parliament. If they continue with their preferred option, there is possibility that this will be their last term to rule The Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho (3 years left). Ask BNP cadres why they fail to win even a single constituency in 1993 until now when we speak and they will never ever win any constituency in this country. If they prefer to choose the Latter, they still stand a chance to change people’s minds. Upon their choice, so be the decision. But what I like about them is that they are singing our song. They are proud enough to spent 2 to 3 hours at their rallies addressing the nation about Ramathebane and DC without telling them how they will improve their lives. All these were mentioned at a circus show which was held at Matukeng in Tsikoane Constituency on the 23 March 2014. The Main actor at this show was Prime Minister himself together with Deputy Party Leader Hon Tlali Khasu. Three years is nothing but because they are short-sighted they think as though 2016 is the end of life.
