REISSUE: “I Like It - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Silver Convention Silver Convention is Linda G. Thompson, Ramona Wulf, Penny McLean, Rhonda Heath, Zenda Jacks (Known As Suzie McCloskey) – after a successful studio recording featuring Lucy Neale (not featured in stage troupe) the concept group took off in 1974. Produced by Michael Kunze. “I Like It” is from the original LP titled “Silver Convention” and later titled “Save Me”. The track is a bright example of the strings, bass and percussion united to create a sound called “boogie music” – later to become disco. I have taken elements from “I Like It” to create a dub-like track with plenty of the lovely vocals intact to move all senses including the feet.
