REJECTION John 1:11. It is very wrong to think everybody will accept you, and whenever you gain acceptance from everybody your life must be questioned, while your goals may be possibly unrealistic. And it is because rejection is part of troubles that must comes our way if we choose to live a purposeful life. One of the reasons why many could not go beyond where they were is the fear of rejection. And no one will fulfil purpose until after such overcome rejection syndrome. Rejection is part of life especially when you have something tangible and meaningful to offer. Rejection only comes when people could not see your value, and those who are not conscious of who they are, can easily give a down whenever rejection flows into their journey. Bible says: He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. (NLT) Jesus came into this world to offer salvation, peace, love, deliverance, healing and miracles. He was absolutely and outrightly rejected by the pharisee, saducees and many others, but still Jesus did not allow that to hinder him from fulfilling the purpose. Brethren, you must prepare yourself for rejection because it is meant to challenge how strong our visions and goals are. Jesus managed rejection by displaying what He was capable of doing. He did not only do that, He was highly focus and persistent in doing what He ought to do. We must learn all these from Jesus to achieve our purpose. Sheryl Sandberg suffered a great rejection when she introduced an idea to yahoo, AOL and Microsoft but because she had earlier failed with a particular business after working Bill Clinton, Yahoo and others could not accept her proposal. She later worked on the idea without looking at rejection she suffered and end up to make Google a great company by getting 75% of Web users using Google as their search engine. Yes, you have suffered rejection. Good! But it is never the end of your life. You suffered rejection because there is something you have which others could not see. You just have to continue and sky will never be your limit if you can overcome rejection in Jesus name. Shalom.
