ROKO “Luz” ow.ly/DWkDR (Video Premiere) @RokoOficial Spanish singer-songwriter and actress Rocío Pérez Armenteros, better known by her stage name as ROKO, ow.ly/DWkIf is ready to start promoting her highly-awaited debut single. The winner of the second series of Spanish TV Show “Tu Cara Me Suena” an former contestant of Talent Show “El Número 1” joined forces with Spanish radio show “Dial Tal Cual“, presented by Rafa Cano, to disclose her new material in a special way on September 6th. She exclusively debuted snippets of two songs, and radio listeners had to choose which would be her first official single. Something like Katy Perry did with Pepsi, when she debuted “Dark Horse” and “Walking On Air” as first countdown single of “PRISM” in 2013. The songs were “Luz” (English: “Shine“) and “Así va bien” (English: “It Goes Well“). Finally, the song chosen as her first official single was “Luz“. The track was written by Roko, produced by Antonio Ferrara, and mixed by Ron Taylor. Her debut studio album, “3, 2, 1: Roko” has 11 tracks and was recorded between Spain and Los Angeles. It was released on November 4, 2014 via BMG and Diferenza Music. “Luz” was exclusively premiered in full on “Dial Tal Cual” and it was released on digital retailers alongside the pre-order of the album on October 14th.
