Random Roadtrip with Jess • #tstStories Back on PEI Jess got in touch with me via Instagram (@jessacam) and after my fishing trip she and her mom invited me over to their house for a chat, some oysters, a beer and Shlime shots (more about that later). She just came back from traveling around Europe and wanted to exchange stories and experiences :-) In the morning we decided to go on a little roadtrip and explore her home province together. Jess was the navigator and the first stop she chose was #Rustico. A beautiful beach and harbor town and hot spot for islanders in the summer time. From there we went to Anne of Green Gables house. The story of Anne is quite famous and many fans visit this house every year. For some reason its apparently extremely popular in Japan. Next stop was #Malpeque. This little town is world famous for its oyster fishing. So we went oyster hunting and brought them back to Jess home. We got into a little accidental off road adventure while making our way back though. We took a wrong turn and ended up on hilly dirt roads winding through the forest. Good fun! Eventually we found our way back to the main road and as a last stop Jess showed me her uncles place where she spent a lot of time as a kid. A beautiful spot as you can see in the first picture. :-) Thanks Jess for reaching out and showing me around! Its been a pleasure and I wish you good luck on all your future travel adventures.
