Random thought as we sit here with our sick Louie.... If you go so far as to refuse to see an animal who is very sick and you are a local vet who puts yourself out there as having a 24 hour emergency service please make sure everyone knows upfront that you are selective as to whose patients you will see and train your staff to put people on hold or show them what the mute button is so those of us on the other end of the phone dont hear you drop the F bomb several times when asked if you will take a sick dog in and refuse because their primary vet is not you... So thank you DR Murphy for showing your true colors and thus driving us to go see real professionals who care more about the 4 legged babies that walk through their door than whose office their records are in- we are very confident that Lou will be just fine in their caring and capable hands
