Random thoughts- Why is it that businesses dont allow elected office candidates to set up a campaign/ signature table outside of their establishment? Making ourselves accessible is tough. We are law abiding public servants. But then they allow transients to panhandle? FYI- Panhandling is not only a border town problem. I was driving through a Phoenix Jack in the Box when 2 different panhandlers jumped out of the shrubbery and came up to my open window to ask for money... That is dangerous. I am letting folks know my thoughts, approaching people is very difficult for many people running for office. :/
