Rant for the day. I normally dont do this. But I feel I need to clear up some questions. As everyone knows the Hurley community is heavily involved in St. Judes childrens research hosp. They are several teams that work extremely hard to raise money for the children and their families. Last yr raising over $20.000. The comment made was they dont get the money. Well I beg to differ. Everyone has doubts and thats normal. I personally have had several phone calls from people in our local area thanking us for what we do and telling us how much they appreciate it and how the money has helped their family in many ways. Ways I was truly impressed with. So my rant is dont spread rumors until you have all the facts. If you have questions feel free to ask the team leaders. And they are several or our team coordinator. Dianne Vance she is extremely helpful in many ways and can get more information if need be. As for myself Im excited to be a Team leader for TEAM GNB and Im truly thankful for everyone who has helped with our team events and to everyone who has donated to us. EVERY PENNY COUNTS. So anyone who has loose changes laying around bring it by the bank. All donations excepted. Thank you so much. Rant over.
