Amen Jesus warned us to be aware of those who preach and teach false doctrine. 1 John 4:1-6 DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYONE WHO CLAIMS TO SPEAK BY THE SPIRIT. You must TEST THEM to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many FALSE PROPHETS in the world. This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a PROPHET acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God. But if someone claims to be a PROPHET and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is NOT from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here. But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. THOSE PEOPLE BELONG TO THIS WORLD, SO THEY SPEAK FROM THE WORLD VIEWPOINT, AND THE WORLD LISTENS TO THEM. But we belong to God, and those who know God listens to us. If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of Truth or the SPIRIT OF DECEPTION. The other problem! Some people pick and choose Holy Scripture to conform and say what they want, it to say! They misinterpret the Word by their flesh. The Word of God is Truth! Throughout the Holy Scriptures God has linked it together. God has woven a thread throughout His Word! So that the Old Testament and the New Testament have a common thread. You must use all scripture to interpret scripture. 2 Timothy 2:15 15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Peter 1:20 Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophets own interpretation Matthew 20:16 So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.” Matthew 22:14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.” The Jews were chosen first! It was because the Jews rejected Jesus as their Messiah! Only then, did God open the door for the Gentiles to be grafted into the True Vine. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life Acts 19:18 Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed their evil deeds. Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. Romans 14:11 It is written: As surely as I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God If only those who are chosen go to heaven. Then why did Jesus chose to go to the cross and be crucified and die a horrible and painful death. The answer is for the sin of the whole world. Jesus Christ defeated death ,hell and the grave! When God raised him from the dead. Only true believers are saved! Only those who are born again and Spirit filled and have repented of their sins. And have confessed with their mouth and believed in their heart that Jesus Christ is Lord! 1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness Ephesians 2:5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. Ephesians 2:7 in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God The Holy Scriptures reveal that there are people that have been saved and believed in faith from the foundation(creation) of the world. Remember: Abraham and Noah, Enoch and Elisha (These are just a few that was saved by faith). It was because of their faith that they were saved. Their faith was accredited to them as righteousness! Remember: Abraham’s Bosom ( Paradise). After Jesus was crucified on the cross and died. He went into paradise to gather the spirits of the Saints (the believers of faith) of the old testament. Then Jesus took them to heaven. Then Jesus rose from the dead. Jesus defeated death , hell and the grave
