Reading my feed. Are you seriously telling me that people are giving Idina Menzel grief over missing a note? People are insane. I have been to SO many shows where a performer has missed notes, lyrics...lines...cues.. Welcome to what they call BEING HUMAN. Ever gone to a movie or watched a TV show and there is someone in the background who shouldnt be there? (Happens quite frequently even AFTER all the editing). Read a book, or an article (heaven knows mine included) and there is a typo or a spacing issue. People drive me NUTS. I dare most people to get up and sing in front of literally - THE WORLD...or have the courage to go out and beat the pavement on auditions, or put their work out there for the masses critically. You know what I think? People who criticize other peoples work publicly are lacking something in themselves. They enjoy seeing people fall. They enjoy trying to knock them off the pedestals that MOST times, other people have placed them on. Ive said it before and Ill say it again. Pedestals were not made for people...they were made for statuary. The only thing statuary and people have in common is that they are breakable. Ridiculous.
