Recall....1970s, the EPA caused the airline industry to change engine configuration to stop pollution. Cost the whole industry a fortune. What we observe, actually since the late-80s, is considered POLLUTION, non? It comes from the exhaust of aircraft engines, whether commercial or otherwise, non? ....and, now WE have to convince the EPA to do their JOB, again??? Why so much resistance to the obvious that THEY ascribed to back in the 80s, eh? It is about POLLUTION of the skies. It is NOT rocket science. Lets hope this organization, Earthjustice, grows into a force to be reckoned with.
