Recap from Book 5 If it’s been a few months since you read Forever You, (Jade 5), here’s a recap of what was going on to get you prepared for Finding Us, which comes out tomorrow (October 3). In Forever You... --Jade and Garret were the happy couple, loving their new life together and getting along great --Harper kept wavering over her relationship with Sean, mainly because her parents don’t approve of him --Kiefer made it clear he doesn’t like Sean, and now his wife, Kelly, doesn’t seem to like him either --Katherine has a new boyfriend but still has to pretend to be married to Pearce --Lilly is struggling now that Garret lives so far away, but Pearce enrolled her in private school for the fall with the hope that she’ll make some friends --Pearce is making a real effort to be a better dad. He plans to visit Jade and Garret after they move to their new place. --Holton, Garret’s grandfather, wouldn’t speak to Garret on the Fourth of July. And Eleanor, Garret’s grandmother, seemed to have little interest in Garret. --Garret’s grandparents refused to attend the wedding --At Harpers house in Malibu, some men from the organization approached Garret, leaving both he and Jade wondering why there were there --Roth, a high-ranking member of the organization, showed up right before the wedding, supposedly just to scare Jade and Garret --Roth also had a meeting with Pearce and Kiefer for some type of “special project” Forever You ended on Garret’s birthday Finding Us begins the following week, the last week of August So now you’re all caught up and ready for Finding Us!
