Portobello Mushroom Pizza Prep time: 5 miutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Recipe style: Italian Phase Choice: All phases Net Carbs: 3.1 Fiber: 1.5 Protein: 5 Fat: 4 Calories: 69.5 Please note: When changing this recipes servings, the directions and nutritional information will refer to the original serving size. Ingredients 3 Ounces portobello mushroom, stems removed, wiped clean with a damp paper towel 2 garlic oil spray 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce 2 Tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese Directions Heat oven to 425°F. Remove stem from mushroom and wipe clean with a damp paper towel. Spray both sides with cooking spray and place on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, or until fork tender, turning once halfway through cooking time. Increase heat to broil. Top concave side of mushroom with tomato sauce and cheese.
