Recommended Documentaries A friend asked me to post a list of documentaries worth watching. I’ve grouped them by level of intensity. They are all worth watching but I suggest that if you want to watch the ones in the Intense group to be in a mind state ready to have all of your beliefs challenged. They can be quite overwhelming, if you are not stable within your heart and mind. The second group I’ve labelled Challenging. If you are unfamiliar with the subjects presented they may be a little hard to wrap your head around and your mind will probably want to reject some of it. The third group I’ve labelled Uplifting. Pretty much speaks for itself. Keep an open mind and a gentle heart and remember if you become too overwhelmed by the intensity of it all, this has been prophesied throughout the ages.
