Self-starter Team player Ability to take concise written notes Excellent written & verbal communication skills Team player Confident with clients, but check your ego at the office door Ability to turn constructive criticism into real action Absolute willingness to follow orders Willing and able to follow company processes and job requirements Team player MUST CLOSE DEALS Technical Skills... Must be able to provide written estimates (basic or detailed, as required for project) Customer Service (constant contact with clients & potential clients) Basic Computer Literacy (Email, Photos, Excel, Word, Explorer) Experience in construction industry will get you considered first, but consideration will be given to those without construction experience who provide documented consistent sales success in other industries. Leads are provided consistently, but you will be required to make efforts toward creating your own leads in your down time. Headquarters located in Burnsville, but leads are across the entire metro area. Must own reliable and clean transportation. Must own (and know how to operate) smart phone and laptop.
