Residents living close to the Tesco store in Longton will get a big dose of respect from a whole host of community leaders and organisations on Monday 17th June. The Bridgewood Street area is to get a massive spring clean with the Stoke-on-Trent City Council team out in force to help and support the community. Council clean up teams will be joined by the long arm of the law, fire fighters, youth workers and a host of other agencies – and for the Community Payback team will be putting their muscle into a heavy duty support for older residents.
