(Resurrection Faith: A Prophetic Vision For Urban America 2015) There are lots of opinions and leaders who only speak sound bites but no vision. From Emmett Till, Michael Brown, Mr. Eric Garner, Trayvon Martin, Jordan Davis, Oscar Grant and many others who were victims of police violence as well as black on black crime. No black leader in the United States has a plan on how to end urban violence in America I do if given a chance. For twenty three years I have been trying to find other liked minded individuals to join my management team and for us to start a new black movement called GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. Since I lack of manpower and the capital to start my organization I decided to write and publish my book The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America Second Edition. The white man is not stopping you from purchasing and reading my story this is the reason why I decided to make my organization private is because I can exclude small minded individuals who have overlooked my plan to improve Urban America. I call upon the art community I seek local artist and national artist in the area of Poets, Performing Artist, Musicians, Actors, Actresses, Singers, Models, and Film Director who will work with me in turning my book into a movie. I pray that my book and my future film or play would reach Angel Investors, Donors, Philanthropist, Sponsors, and Social Entrepreneurs in America and abroad to work with me in moving my virtual organization from behind a computer starting in Chicago and eventually in 25 other cities within 25 states as mentioned in my book. Lord I ask that you make my business to become one of the best African American businesses within the United States in Jesus name! I wrote this book in order to generate capital/seed money to have a film director/play director to work with me in turning my book into a movie/play so that I can eventually hire thirty qualified people within the United States to help run the daily operations of my business. Those of you who are brave enough and smart enough to be on my team must have degrees or training in the following careers: Executive Assistant, Accountant, General Manager, Social Worker, Associate Director, Financial Planner, Marketing, Information Technology Coordinator, Grant Writer, Lawyer, Development Assistant, Real Estate Broker, Business Manager Insurance Agent, Administrative Receptionist, Human Resource Manger Finance, Musician, Vocal Coach, Poet, Play Writers/ Film Makers, Actors/Actresses, Theater Director, Public Relation Specialist, Journalist, and Box Office Staff. Our agenda is to end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. Our political component will help write and push our laws to get on the books which will be compatible with the dominant culture. We will protect local residents and give community rights to those affected by bias in the current system. Once GRCAM is established we will hold both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist accountable for their actions and create laws aimed specifically at those who continue to destroy black life through our political component. In time the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will offer two main initiatives: We will offer private scholarships to our clients and members and also a recreational center through our private school the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Arts and Entertainment. Our school will reward our students in reaching their academic goals and those who will participate in our community service projects. In addition, our spiritual component will be an independent of any political affiliation and committed to promoting a Christian agenda that transcend political ideology. We will offer a second chance program for ex offenders, former gang members, and the homeless. We will offer private employment within the organization to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. I want GRCAM to be recognized for our inner city academic programs and our humanitarian affords. Since 2001, over 4000 people has been killed in Chicago alone. Chicago remains the murder capital in the United States and this is where my organization will begin. First on the Westside of Chicago and eventually on the Southside of Chicago. Once we’re established in Chicago I plan to expand my organization In the following states as mentioned in my book, which are as follows: Alabama; Arkansas; California; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Louisiana; Maryland; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; North Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Texas; Tennessee; Virginia; Washington; and Wisconsin. My vision goes beyond Urban America. Once we’re established in 25 cities within 25 states then I plan to expand abroad to Africa to create economic development in 25 countries in Africa. We will wait until conditions of Ebola virus is under control before we go to Liberia. We will go through the proper channels to get this organization as an NGO (Non-Government Organization) chapters in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, and do our research to see if people want and need our services. We will offer private employment within the organization to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, do cooperative alliance in matters of trade, provide regional security, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. Anyone who disagree with my plan to improve Urban America or carless about my cause “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos” will not be allow to join this organization.
