Basic Function: Execute project expansion plan and enhance brand market share Duties and responsibilities: ◾Implement short and long term expansion plan ◾Lead role in project development ◾Head site selection after demographic and geographic study of potential cities and negotiate lease agreements ◾Coordinating design development between local designers and International design department ◾Coordinating with local contractors, consultants and project managers on the construction phase until commissioning, snagging and project handover ◾Implement new opening plans covering opening budgets, in coordination with operations, recruiting, local training teams ◾Implement Grand Opening event for all new opening branches. ◾Develop future franchise roll up plan ◾Identify potential countries for branches and franchisors ◾Negotiate franchise deals ◾Prepare market studies on preferred markets ◾Report a competitors analysis from different markets ◾Implement and update brand development plan to position all channels and secure market share Job profile: ◾Dynamic, resourceful and good decision maker when facing business Problems ◾Natural commercial talent and business acumen ◾Self starter with high personal standards and a high code of ethics ◾Ability to have a macro vision ◾Knowledge of the local business and market conditions ◾Up-to-date with the local and global industry trends ◾Customer service oriented Conditions: •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Hospitality or related field, MBA is a plus •Solid background in the hospitality and or retail field •Excellent inter personal communication skills •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications •Very good command in English and Arabic languages both oral and written •3 to 5 years experience in interior architecture/design •Has a good knowledge in Saudi Market to Apply via the link: ow.ly/yWGY4
