Revelation is given, not self obtained. Thus, how can one - TopicsExpress

Revelation is given, not self obtained. Thus, how can one discover his or her own heart? They cant. Yet, they merely seek to justify themselves in the sight of their Creator and others. And one would have to eventually deny their Creator, because to attempt to discover ones own heart excludes the Creator from giving any insight about what and who that individual was made to be, consciously (body, soul, spirit). Thus, because the individual insists on discovering his or her own heart, according to his or her own knowledge, reasoning, and wisdom, that individual becomes their own god--their own creator--and they glorify themselves. (This was the essence of [Gnostic] thought and reasoning). Yet, to say, God made me this way; this is who I am, would imply that God is the Creator of that individual. Now, with Almighty God being righteous, holy, just, perfect, loving and right in judgment (just to name a few characteristics), that would (or should) raise some questions between what or who that individual claims they were creator to be, and what or who the Creator actually created them to be. Furthermore, to claim, God made me this way, or, I was born this way, would mean that the individual has received [divine (heavenly; Holy Ghost breathed) revelation] from a righteous, loving, just, perfect, holy and rightly judging God, who in essence is perfect in wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Yet, to the sinning individual who makes this claim, they blindly contradict themselves. For, to say that God created a sinning individual is to say that God created sin, and we who believe on Jesus Christ and have been born of the Holy Ghost know this is far from the truth. Because, the doctrine of sin is confusion; and the author of confusion is the devil (Lucifer; Satan; that old Serpent). So, what does this truth cause us to realize? Peter Tan, of Eagles Vision Ministries, profoundly relays, Everybody who has ever walked the earth has been tempted by Satan at some point in time in their lives. But, how does Satan tempt us? By thoughts. By thoughts? You see, for the human being, the mind is the organ of thoughts. Thus, there is an origin for every thought that we think. Nevertheless, it is safe to say that every thought is not necessarily our own. We must understand that we were born in sin and shaped in iniquity. Whats that mean? We were all born with the ability to sin, being born in this corrupted form of the flesh; nevertheless, it is the world and the god of it that seeks to perfect sin in us (no child is born sinning, or thinking evil thoughts, though their are children, even fetuses, that are dedicated to evil by their parents who walk in the darkest of circles in this world; thus, charging devils over the lives of the children). Hence, when we really recognize whats going on in the sinner (our past selves included, some of us), we recognize an indoctrination happening (some call it brainwashing, altering, or the like). Therefore, it becomes plainly obvious (through revelation from on high) that the original thoughts of the sinner to sin is not their own, but that of Satans heart. And, there lies the problem with many professing Christians and professing unbelievers, alike. For, humans have a tendency to accept any thought that comes through the mind, without considering which thoughts are actually good or evil. And because so many people despise true reality, understanding and knowledge, they ignorantly let Satan [molest] their minds with his thoughts (woe to those who knowingly do this). This was the case of Eve, for instead of asking God Almighty the purpose for not eating of the true of the knowledge (soundly ignorant) of good and evil, she began to search herself for that answer (yes, we can entice ourselves to do what God has told us not to do, causing sin or lawless to begin working in us against the law of God in us). Then comes Satan, who disseminates his input (his thoughts) into the mind of Eve. Then, what do we see in Eve through the scriptures, in that when she, saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and [a tree to make one wise], she took of the fruit from the tree, and did eat. She also gave Adam some as well; for the sinner sins and causes others to sin. Hence, we begin to see why the sinner believes that he or she must search within to find themselves, becoming their own god, determining in themselves what is good and what is evil. Yet, they truly dont fathom the ramifications of their thoughts (even supposedly random thoughts), words and actions that manifests, and some wont consider it until its too late. But, Jesus came to destroy the works of Satan, even condemning sin in the flesh, that we might be free from the thoughts and manifestations of the enemy; and those who desire freedom put on the mind of Jesus Christ (to do the will of God; his thoughts and his ways), to stand against the evil of the day. This comes by the hearing and receiving of faith (Holy Ghost led witnessing; or an encounter with Jesus, himself). Amen.
