We totally recommend Mel to everyone as she got everything down to a tee, also made us feel very comfortable. A lovely lady who makes each message as detailed as she possibly can and knows how to make you tear up. Its nice to know loved ones that have passed are still with us in every day life and someone out there is able to connect us back with them and for us that was Mel last night. Thanks again X
