Bright cosy room on the first floor of Loft conversion of old Victorian warehouse in a lively neighborhood with all kinds of artists. Abundance of natural light, high ceilings, wooden floors throughout, big shared living-room-kitchen in the main space, guest-bed, bathroom, washing machine, Wifi, little balcony. International household (italian/french/german). Sharing with two circus performers and a postdoctorate researcher. We all have very busy lives, but enjoy the occasional shared dinner/glass of wine. (Stefano is a great cook and Marine makes a mean quiche). The house is our home and it’s quite important for us that we all care about the place and more than just “get along”. Looking for someone to join the community to share the fun but also a person willing to chip in if things need sorting out. The room is unfurnished. Nearest tube is Seven Sisters and Totthenham Hale on the Victoria Line (6 mins walk). Stansted express in Tottenham Hale station. Overland to Liverpool street, London Fields and Stratford (10 mins) Plenty of buses from Seven Sisters. Tesco (10 min walk) Post office (3 min walk) Wholefood store in Stoke Newington.(10 min on bike or bus) Park and canal (10 min walk) Funky little Pub on the canal, nice café in the park nearby, crazy little Ethiopian restaurant round the corner. The rent is £550 per month plus Bills (Council tax, Wifi, electricity, Gas and Water) The room is available from the 22th of august 2013, possibly from the 1st of august already. (please ask)
