From the deck a wonderful few of the beautiful pool and recreations. Super close to the club house which has a game room, a movie room, places to study , and Mac computers to do work on ( printer also). Back to the bedroom, the house is fully furnished the room available comes with a night stand, desk and chair, full size bed , and a dresser. Downstairs has a couch and love seat huge tv that came with the house. The bar has chairs also. Electric everything. Spare bathroom downstairs but personal bathrooms in each room. Rent is 507. That covers the pool, workout center, bus pass for Aspen , and up to $160 in electric and water bills. (Entire house $160). Pets are allowed. Wonderful place to live, hit me up :) Parking is in front of the house.
