Rose Byrne In Neighbors Is Your SXSW Breakout So far, this years most buzzed about South by Southwest performance hasnt come from an unknown actor on the cusp of a breakout, but a famous actress with a string of box-office hits on her resume: Rose Byrne. The 34-year-old star straight-up steals Nicholas Stollers Neighbors right out from under Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse with a go-for-broke energy that should have her name mentioned on a surfeit of summer best-of lists come Labor Day.
