SKY Group is hiring an Implementation Manager – Rollout for a Multinational Company in Ethiopia Job responsibilities: • Personnel management of resources in Rollout including recruitment, appraisal, and competence development. • Break down of project demand to secure ASP capacity and capabilities based on PROPS-C. • Ensure the quality levels for NRO implementation delivered by ASP. • Ensure Health & Safety compliance for FSO and ASPs. • Drive internal improvement projects to reach the customer satisfaction goals and objectives set by the PMO. • Define Quality measurement methodology. • Drive the Quality Reports (QASIS) and analyze the trends with proper follow up on correctives actions for projects in the CU. • Responsible for ASP management within the project’s aspects. • Participate in the contract negotiations with subcontractors and secure best deals in coordination with Sourcing • Participate in the ASP selection and lead the evaluation process • Lead monthly meetings with the ASPs and the Project team. • Identify corrective actions and follow up with the CPMs, and ASPs. • Provide platforms for benchmarking of costs for the ASPs. • Update the ASPs with information and required competencies for new products and technologies. • Organize and coordinate work • Manage Roll Out • Handle Work Orders And compensation • Participate in sourcing activities • Participate in Tender Phase • Introduce new products and methods • Acceptance Procedures • Plan and follow-up of quality Assurance • Manage Workforce Interested applicants are kindly requested to send their resume to cv@sky-grp quoting the job code in the subject (OIPM0101-F).
