STEP UP to step ups!!! Lately I have been incorporating these into clients programs, why??? Because > step up are great at activating the Glutes and quadriceps > the higher the box the increase in range of motion > they improve balance and coordination And finally because Im cruel, just kidding! Remember dont cheat by springing of your back foot , all force should be driven through the heel still firmly places on the box!
