SUNSET Vibrant colors are burning bright, Like fashionable desires of maidens fair. Against the shallow erotic light, Oranges, Pinks and Purples fight, To be the evenings fairest delight. And to be the one destined to be, The heroine who is noticed by he, Who is caught reflecting out from the shimmering sea, Of many faces who have gathered around, To witness a beauty that will astound. A complexion like glass, A fire in her eyes, And flecks in her hair as the daylight dies. So into the spray the flames shall bound, And our fair maiden dawns a darker gown.
