SUSPICIOUS / DISPUTE: Bowers Rd. and Farnsworth Rd. Caller stated there was a silver Jetta that kept following them. Caller admitted they new the suspect as their sister. The sister parked across from the 10 Blk of E. Nepessing St. an is mad at the caller, and caller is at S. Main St., and W. Nepessing St. Then caller stated the suspect was with them and they are now at W. Genesee St. and Millville Rd. They pulled into the 2900 Blk of W. Genesee St to wait for police. Police states that both parties are intoxicated. One is trying to give the other a check and they werent being cooperative. Changed to a civil complaint. #Mayfield #LapeerCity
