Saint Thomas Aquinas, Patron Saint of Catholic Schools, Pray for Us! Our Lady Help of Christians, Patron of New York State, Pray for Us! Saint Agia of Hainault, Patron Saint of Lawsuits, Pray for Us! Saints Elizabeth Ann Seton, Joan of Arc, and Teresa of Avilia, Patron Saints of People Who Oppose Church Authority, Pray for Us! Isnt it cool that there are patron saints for Opposition of Church authorities!!! The Catholic Church, probably recognizing its fallibility, provides not one but three outstanding saints to receive our prayers, pleading for explanation, understanding, and voicing opposition to Diocesan school decisions.
