Salim goes back to Mughal tent. He asks Farhan why he never told truth that Bela is getting married and wants him to save her? Salim says you should have thought before loving not now when she is waiting desperately for you. Farhan says I am soldier what shall Shahenshah say? Salim says I am not answerable to anyone I will ensure you marry bela. Akbar waiting for Salim and leaves as he did not come with bhagwan das. Akbar and BD welcomed and they exchange greeting and gift. Bride is in tears getting decorated. Its night Salim, anarkali and Farhan in boat going to get bela. They reach kabila and all three go. Salim says anarkali go and say bela we have come to take her and come back near boat. Anarkali says no I will come with you but he says no ways else I will be tensed of your safety and cannot rescue bela. Anarkali goes and says bela farhan has come and will take you be ready and leaves. The marriage ceremony starts and sang and dance. Anarkali sees Akbar there and wants to tell Frahan and Salim as they are his soldiers and may be in trouble. Farhan goes and lifts bela and runs and kabila soldiers attack them. Salim says you both run I shall handle these but Farhan says impossible I cannot leave you, Bela says you both leave now and come back later to save me. Salim and Farhan climb horse and leave and bela future hubby chases and holds Salim. Salim kicks and he dies hitting boulder accidentaly. Akbar shocked seeing Salim. The bridegroom is dead and kabila chieftain says I will kill the person who killed my son-in-law. Akbar says sorry that was my son Salim but he must have done it for some reason. If he is your son Shahenshah hand him over to me and we will do justice as per our law. Akbar and Bhagwan das take their swords out.
