Salmon patties seasoned with lime, wild grain rice with a side of baby kale/spinach. Organic blue corn chips and salsa. All without breaking my daily calorie limit! Friday nights were usually my off diet night, but they no longer are. I usually ate Mexican food or pizza, and I would feel sludgy/fat for the next 2-3days. I concluded I can still have a more satisfying meal than usual on Friday nights without breaking my diet, or by eating horrible junk food in its place.
