Sara today helping shop for vegetarian alternative food for our vegetarian participants, we are at the Publix supermarket and are seeking these vegetarian meat alternative taco filling and sloppy joe mix with the brand name Fantastic Taco Filling. After wandering around the aisles for a while unsuccessful in finding it, she inquires with the store manager- here is the transcript: Manager: how may I assist you? Sara: hi, I am shopping for some vegetarians and I am looking for Fantastic Taco Filling. Manager: well, we have a number of ingredients that would make for good healthy taco fillings such as tofu or maybe carrots and cucumbers from our meat and produce department. Sara: thanks for the tips, but I am actually specifically looking for this Fantastic Taco Filling, its shelf stable and comes in a box, we have gotten it in the past and the vegetarians seem to think it is nice. Manager: well it does sound good although I dont think we currently stock it, but I would be happy to order it in for you, what is the brand name of the product? Sara: thank you, its Fantastic.
