Saras tips for using Skinny Fiber... Take 2 capsules a half hour to an hour before both lunch and supper. If you eat at different times every day, take SFiber at 2 designated times every day! (Just like you would a med) Set your phone alarm for 11 am and 5 pm. Skinny Fiber will still work its magic on your body. Take SF an hour AFTER any meds you are taking so it doesnt interfere with its effectiveness. If swallowing capsules is difficult, open the capsules and sprinkle them on yogurt or applesauce. They will still work...maybe faster since the outside capsule shell doesnt have to dissolve! (Yu can also dissolve the powder in water and drink it that way) Some people take 6 capsules daily...with 3 before lunch and supper or take 2 capsules 3 times daily. (I personally dont take SF before breakfast since thats our most important meal of the day and should be out biggest meal of the day!) I sometimes take 1 more SF pill after supper around 8 or 9 since in recent years I have become a night time snacker! Make it a PRIORITY to take your Skinny Fiber twice daily....the hardest thing for many people is to remember to take it!! If you dont take it daily, it wont work!! If you eat lunch and then remember you didnt take your SF, take it an hour later! I sometimes forget and do just that....its still going to help! Dont starve yourself. Skinny Fiber is meant to be used with food. If you dont eat and take SKINNY fiber, it may cause you to feel nauseous. Its better to have a healthy snack every few hours than not eat at all!! Your body will thank you for it! Last, dont expect to lose 5 or 10 pounds over night! You didnt gain that weight overnight. Be consistent and use it daily. Many people dont feel or see a change until nearing the end of their first bottle of Skinny Fiber! Questions? Please ask me!
