Saturday Inter Group: Just did a road test in my estate in Celbridge and any standing water is now ice and road conditions are very poor. Due to the current conditions and temperature not forecast to rise above zero until after 11AM there will not be an official Inter Spin today. I love cycling but its just not safe on the roads this morning. Apologies but better to be safe than sorry - we had a similar (but warmer) Saturday spin early this year where all 12 riders went down at the same time on black ice at the hill of Allen - broken people and broken bikes dont make for a happy Saturday morning.
