Scores of people were present to see the preparation of what’s believed to be a record-breaking 1,200-pound sweet potato casserole, which also drew a film crew from a major cable network. The event was a highlight of the California Sweetpotato Festival, now in its third year in Livingston. The 10-foot-long casserole was made by Fresno-based Painted Table, a catering company. K.C.
