Seen Managers come and go Team Rednapp has been poor with all that has been available to him his selections have been found wanting in a lot of cases Loan players brought in and not given a game and the ones in the Team now should not be Im talking Carroll, BAE (fast becoming the next Bottswanker,) and Keane. Our own youngster would have given a much better account of themselves. Would love to Win at Wembley but the consequences will be frightening we will be no better off then when we first went up in 2011 Reliable players will be too old most will not be good-enough and some too injury prone. We will have about 4 possible 5 players to build a team around with Joey being our Captain This Season we should have brought in good young players right from the start moulded them into a team used this Season to develop and then mount a serious challenge next Season Do I want to go up, off course I do but I dont want QPR to be a laughingstock of a club, I can remember when this Club was everybody second favourite football club which played good attractive attacking football Where did it all go wrong Tony loves the club of that I am sure and we will be a force one day. Harry is a Jack the lad type and he is well healed so how do you motivate him,how do you get him to motivate the team?. It is the last chance saloon for some players getting back into the prem should be all the motivation they needed but ....... You and I are Passionate about Rangers I have given blood for this club I expect that from our team I expect them to go out there and try and not to drop their heads if things dont go right, I hate being beaten but as long as they gave 100% I could accept defeat
