Self esteem is required if we value the integrity of our community. We must demand self esteem (self expression) from all in our community. Anybody who does not feel that they measure up should be given the space or choice to grow into accepting their strengths and acknowledging their weaknesses as opportunities to grow instead of opportunities for wallowing. This should be a choice for them. Failure to present this choice represents a missing in the community - an incompleteness, that results in a lack of flow in our communities. Nothing wrong - just a lack of flow or a lack of ongoing growth of challenge and skill.
