Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist . For big company in FMCG field Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist job description: • Preparing budget commission sheet and Insert actual commission in the system. • Sending monthly appraisal and KPI sheets and Insert it in the system after feedback • Insert social insurance deductions in the system • Insert mobile deductions in the system • Insert Medical deductions in the system • Prepare overtime analysis and Insert it in the system • Insert loans, violations, sales debts • Modify existing salaries (promotion, Refunding) • Insert attendance deductions in the system (Absence with/without permission, Attendance disciplinary, Lateness, Early leave, Sick Leave, Commitment attendance deductions) • Responsible for Annual Budget Managing Annual Increase • Preparing job offers and Contracts • Preparing renewal report and contracts and send notification letter for managers • Preparing settlement forms for leavers • Preparing cost centers analysis • Preparing pay slips for Plant and Sheets For Branches • Transferring salaries to employee bank accounts and Cash for Branches • Prepare salaries comparisons for previous month and Sign Bank Letters according to company bank accounts • Preparing Monthly Reports(Updating database, Headcount and Turnover analysis, Starters sheet ,Leavers sheet ,Salaries modifications sheet ,Absence analysis ,Administrative Disciplinary report, Social insurance report( Specifications 1- HR Certificate must be . 2- 3-5 Year experience in FMCG field . 3- working in Badr city . 4- ERP System (SAP -Oracle- Alfa) 5- knowledge about salary structure , grading system 6- salary from 2500 - 4000 Gross according to qualification and interview evaluation . please send your update cv to HR@ufieg
