September 14th 2013 The Bounty By Liam Marc Berry Page 1 (of 6) 1. Medium shot. We start by looking at an alien running up a dark corridor towards flashing lights at the end as he appears to be fleeing for his life. He is wearing an expensive looking spacesuit with a black material with gold plated trim; he is roughly four feet tall with a slightly brawny build and a reptilian head. In one of his three fingered hands he is holding a pistol with a laser sight. 2. Medium shot. The lights from the end of the tunnel are starting to hit the aliens face as he nearly reaches the end. 3. Large shot. He has come out of the tunnel on the side of a building that is miles high in a city with hundreds of building similar in a city reminiscent of blade runner. Between each building are massive connecting bridges for different uses. Fly between the buildings are vessel of both large and small designs flying in pre-determined lanes. Directly below his is a balcony like walkway with many passers by going around their daily business from different species and humans among them. Page 2 (of 6) 1. Medium shot. The alien is now climbing down from what we now see to be a steam venting pipe; he is trying to manage without putting down the gun. 2. Medium shot. In a very clumsy manner the alien is now falling from the pipe entrance landing on the pedestrian walkway landing in front of some neon lit shop windows that we out of view before as the passers stop to look in confusion. 3. Medium shot. The alien is rushing to get back to his feet as his fear looks greater than before as he grips his gun tightly. 4. Medium shot. He is now sprinting off through the now assemble crowd of spectators who have gathered to see what the commotion is about. Spectator (worried) Hey are you alright? Page 3 (of 6) 1. Medium shot. The people left behind where he landed are all looking confused as he runs of away from the area, a thumping noise coming from the steam pipe. Spectator (confused) What the hell was that? 2. Close up shot. A human male is looking up at the pipe confused as the noise gets louder. Spectator (confused) This is just weird. 3. Medium shot. Bursting out of the pipe is a squid like alien with a ling flexible body with six tentacle coming from the bottom, two acting as arms coming from the middle with guns on the end of each one and a long narrow head with a pair of black beady eyes but no mouth of the top of the body, he appears to have no bones. He is wearing segmented body armour to maintain his flexibility with a head set containing a targeting lens. Hid general appearance is menacing as it intimidates the pedestrians. 4. Medium shot. He is now forcing his way through the crowd using four of the lower tentacles to speed through and the two other two to force people aside. Page 4 (of 6) 1. Medium shot. The smaller alien is now racing towards a station where a commuter vessel has just arrived with lines of passengers waiting for the door to open to board. 2. Medium shot. As the looks behind he can see the squid chasing after him which leaves him unnerved. 3. Medium shot. He starts to sprint harder as his fear has again increased; he is making his way over a secure looking metal plated walkway over to the station. 4. Medium shot. He again looks over his shoulder to see the squid is now gone and appears to have given up the chase. 5. Close up shot. We are looking at the aliens head to see him confused. Page 5 (of 6) 1. Large shot. The squid is now breaking through the metal floor in a menacing looking display of aggression as the alien falls back in fear and shock holding up the pistol towards him. 2. Close up shot. The gun is shooting what looks like a harmless laser on his torso. 3. Close up shot. The squid is looking down at his chest confused at the red dot. 4. Close up shot. The squid looks up in shock to realise it was a trap with a targeting laser and he was caught. 5. Medium shot. a large calibre has gone right through his body killing him instantly and spraying his blue blood all over the little alien. Page 6 (of 6) 1. Medium shot. The squid is now falling lifelessly through the hole he created and down towards the ground thousands of metres below. 2. Medium shot. We now see the little alien talking on a radio and wiping the blue blood off his face. He looks annoyed. Radio Did we get him? Grell (annoyed) Yeah, you got him. Happy now? 3. Medium shot. We now see a human male with a sniper rifle in an open window on the next building over as he stands up. He is wearing futuristic looking body armour made for combat but with a black colour with silver metal panelling. Dale (amused) Aww you sound pissed you goy covered in goo. Radio Oh shut up, just remember to pay me my money ok? 4. Mediums shot. The little alien is now walking off as we see his back to us still wiping the blood of him. Radio Yeah, already in your account, enjoy! Grell (annoyed) Next time you get to play crap magnet cos I sure as hell ain’t getting paid enough… 5. Medium shot. The mercenary is now vacating the room with a confident smile on his face. Dale (amused) Night! Text The End
