Sharing this again because I think its such an important chart. Save to your phone if your asthmatic or have a child with asthma. Note to all asthma suffers...go check you have a reliever/blue inhaler in your medicine cabinet that is in date and working properly. Check you have an adequate number of doses left in it in case you do have an asthma attack. Remember, hayfever and pollen can lead to exacerbation (worsen) of asthma. Also, if you use a chamber and mask, ensure it is clean and not covered with white deposits and residue. You can wash with warm water and allow to drip dry. Replace your mask yearly. If you are a parent and left an inhaler into school, just check its in date, has plenty of puffs left and has instructions beside it on how to use it
