Shoooo, This might have been the toughest workout since I started running. My cardio (heart rate) is way ahead of my leg muscles or the Fartlek workout Friday, Long 53 mile bike ride Yesterday with a 3.1 brick run might have been too much for my short legs to do a long run today. I got to mile 9.25 and the legs told me they were done. So walked. Tomorrow is rest and recovery day. I am so hungry. :-)
