Shortly after midnight Sunday April 27th at the Tim Hortons on Falconbridge Rd at Lasalle Blvd, a lone male entered the premises brandishing an edged weapon. Some employees and customers ran out side doors and called police. After taking a quantity of cash the suspect fled on foot. A canine track was called but the suspect was not located. Suspect was described as 6 feet tall, heavyset wearing a black leather jacket, black pants, black dress shoes and had his face covered. Anyone with information is asked to contact Police at 675-9171 or Crime Stoppers at 222-TIPS, online at sudburycrimestoppers or by texting TIPSUD and the information to CRIMES (274637).
