Should I walk over and tell my neighbours exactly what I think of them? We reported them to the SPCA as they have a Collie sitting in a 3 by 3 meter enclosure with no place to hide form the elements and has never been for a walk. SPCA collected her and she was so matted she could not walk as her hair was pulling her skin. Due to faeces and urine at clotting to her hair at the back she has an infection. After shaving and cleaning her up, which took 2 hours, she was smeared with blood from the thousands of fleas on her. She just lies down and doesn’t respond due to blood loss. Her mouth and teeth are rotten due to being malnourished and all of this at the age of 14. My friend Jillian Watson took her in to give her a good home but her property is very small. Once she is healthy and back to a state she should have been from the beginning, we hope to find her a good home. I’m really itching to walk over, knock on their door and tell them the above or should I just let it go?
