Should a woman CrossFit while pregnant? Of course. Pregnancy isnt an illness and shouldnt be debilitating. There are, certainly, factors that must be taken into account as the pregnancy progresses to term. Our trainers have often coached pregnant women throughout pregnancy with great success. Proper scaling, coordination with the OBGYN, and tailoring the WODs for the level of conditioning are key ingredients to success in CrossFit while pregnant.
