Sigh. We have such a wonderful neurologist. To be honest, she has diagnosed things in my kids that werent even within her specialty. And I learned today that we might be losing her because the hospital system is being forced to take their specialists to contract status to comply with healthcare mandates and insurance. That would mean that she could not spend the individualized time with her patients and would really greatly reduce what she is able to do. The autism community in Indianapolis desperately needs her. This was the doctor called when my baby almost died at birth and had seizures at 36 hrs. Ugg. Sigh.
