Sit quietly, close your eyes and focus on your breath. Think of that thing in your life that you do that doesnt work for you anymore, maybe its a thought, an action or a person. See it very clearly inside yourself, make it very real. Dont deny it or try to push it away. Notice how it makes you feel, angry, scared, shame, guilt, hate, dissapointed, low. Hold out your hands in front of you and put that thing in your hands with all the excuses you give yourself to keep doing it. Take a deep breath and then blow that thing off into the universe and find the courage to start to let it go. Let today be the day that the thing no longer has power. Find the power inside yourself, find the love inside yourself to recognize that you no longer need it. Let today be the day you set yourself free from it. NAMASTE
