Slow cooker Mexican Salsa Shredded Chicken and then made into individual pies! 4 chicken breasts 1 jar salsa 1 pkt taco seasoning 2 Tbs garlic 1 tin diced tomatoes Salt & pepper Add everything into the slow cooker, on low for 6 hours. When cooked shred chicken with two forks. Warm up pie maker and cut pastry to necessary sizes. Add chicken & cheese and place top pastry on. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until pastry is brown & crispy. Serve with chips & salad
