So I am one week into my healthy life challenge (like how I dont use the word diet LOL) and unfortunately I gain a couple pounds. But thats not going to discourage me at all actually gave me more motivation. I am going to try harder now. I set up an appt with a personal trainer at the gym to get a workout schedule made. And I am going to throw in some kickboxing in there too. This it it. I know it will take time but I am finally taking time for myself to make myself healthy for me and my family. People cant believe that I dont lose weight with all the running I do. Can you imagine how much more energy I am gonna have with me carry less weight hahaha. I cant wait!!!!!
